For busy professionals who want to thrive, not just survive.
Pause • Discern • Respond • Thrive
We've all been there: vague requests that drain time and energy, clients expecting work beyond the agreed scope, seniors piling on competing urgent deadlines. Without clear boundaries, we end up reactive, resentful, and underperforming.
"I'd be happy to consider this once you define exactly what you need and the timeframe."
That's what one client learned to say to a colleague who kept making unclear requests. Result: No more endless commitments. No more guilt. Just clear, professional communication.
Clients or colleagues expecting more work without additional payment or recognition
Multiple seniors giving you urgent tasks with impossible timelines
"You're the only one who can help" and other emotional manipulation tactics
Vague requests for "support" or "development" that become time sinks
Expected to respond to emails during holidays or work weekends
Taking on work yourself because it's "easier" than managing others
Saying yes to projects that drain resources because you feel guilty saying no
Stuck managing other people's poor planning instead of focusing on high-impact work
Through coaching sessions, you'll develop the communication skills and internal capacity to navigate workplace pressure with confidence. This isn't about becoming someone who "always says no" - it's about learning to pause, assess each situation, and respond authentically.
Working with embodiment: Your body holds vital information about your communication patterns and relationship to boundaries. We use physical awareness - tension, breath, posture - to develop more authentic and effective responses in challenging workplace situations.
The real issues: We work on real scenarios you're facing right now. You'll walk away with specific language you can use immediately and a framework for making conscious choices rather than reacting on autopilot.
Results: The professionals I work with typically see improvements in their performance, reduced workplace stress, and clearer communication within weeks.
If you're struggling with workplace boundaries, you're not alone.
I've worked with hundreds of professionals facing the same challenges - the lawyer who can't stop checking emails on holiday, the startup founder drowning in other people's urgent requests, the manager who says yes to everything and burns out.
Through coaching individuals and delivering workshops to over 2,000 people, I've learned that boundary issues follow predictable patterns. Whether you're dealing with demanding clients, overbearing colleagues, or your own guilt about saying no, the underlying dynamics are remarkably similar.
My training in embodied coaching and boundary frameworks gives me tools that actually work. But more importantly, I understand these challenges from the inside - I've navigated difficult partnerships, tricky family dynamics, and all the messy conversations that come with being human.
You don't need fixing. You need someone who gets it and can help you find your own authentic way through whatever you're facing.
Ready to develop boundaries that create respect and drive performance?
Book your initial no obligation consultation to discuss your challenges and explore how boundary skills can transform your professional effectiveness.
Initial consultation: 30 minutes | Confidential | Practical focus
Sessions are £85 each and last 50 minutes. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, though the exact duration depends on your specific goals and how quickly you want to develop these skills.
Many people see initial improvements within the first few sessions - you'll start using new language and approaches immediately. The longer engagement allows us to work through different scenarios as they arise and build lasting change rather than quick fixes.
We can discuss the right package length for your situation during your initial consultation.
I work with clients globally through online sessions, which are highly effective for this type of coaching. I also offer in-person sessions in central London and at a unique rooftop dome space in South East London on Thursdays.
Online sessions work brilliantly - you get the full benefit of the coaching from your own environment. For London-based clients, in-person sessions can provide an even richer embodied experience, particularly when working on physical presence and communication confidence.
We can discuss which format works best for your schedule and preferences during your initial consultation.
To get started, book your initial consultation using the link above. During that session, we'll discuss your goals and determine if coaching is a good fit.
For ongoing sessions, I typically have availability during weekdays and some evening slots. After your consultation, we'll find a regular weekly time that works for your schedule and stick to that for consistency.
I generally book clients 2-4 weeks in advance, so once we establish your regular slot, we can schedule multiple sessions at once to secure your preferred time.
I offer both individual coaching and team workshops. The workshops help teams examine their default communication patterns and develop better ways to respond to workplace pressure together.
Team workshops focus on improving performance, team dynamics, and wellbeing through better boundary skills. We work on real scenarios your team faces and practice new approaches together.
If you're interested in team development, email me to discuss how we might work with your organisation. I can design workshops specifically for your team's challenges.
This work starts with you developing a stronger sense of your own needs and authentic responses - there's no pressure to immediately communicate every boundary. You choose where and when to speak up.
Many workplace cultures do send the message that there's "no room" for your needs. But even in challenging environments, there's significant room for growth through how you carry yourself.
The way you hold your body - your posture, breathing, presence - communicates volumes to colleagues. By developing embodied confidence around your boundaries, people often start relating to you differently and treating you with more respect, even without dramatic conversations.
Here's the deeper point: we can never guarantee how others will respond to our boundaries. But the process of getting clear on what you actually want and developing relaxed confidence in expressing it transforms how you show up in the world. That change happens regardless of your workplace culture.
We can work on boundary issues wherever they show up in your life. Often the same patterns appear across different areas - work, family, friendships - so strengthening your skills in one area naturally supports the others.
Many clients find it easier to practise new boundary skills in professional settings first, then apply what they've learned to personal relationships, or vice versa. We'll focus on whatever feels most pressing for you.
Since all of life involves relationships, the communication and boundary principles you develop can be applied everywhere. We'll work on the specific situations that matter most to you, whether that's saying no to weekend work emails, handling demanding family members, or navigating friendship dynamics.
The goal is giving you tools and confidence that work across all your relationships.
My approach focuses on what's happening in your body as well as your mind. Often, it's not enough to just know better communication techniques - we work together to help you find your relaxed confidence while communicating.
We explore what you're doing physically when boundary challenges arise. This helps uncover what's really going on beneath the surface and gives you practical tools to stay grounded in difficult conversations.
This isn't about power over others or asserting your way to "good boundaries." It's about developing a healthy relationship with your boundaries that's fluid and adapts to your needs and relationships.
I draw on training in embodied coaching, person-centred counselling, and frameworks like the Wheel of Consent and Authentic Relating principles to create this integrated approach.
