Togetherness

The Togetherness Venue is one of the most loved of Wilderness festival, having been voted in the top 3 last year. It slots perfectly into the Wilderness wonderland of stimulating talks, nature, well-being, dance, comedy and feasting in a stunning nature park in Oxfordshire. 

2024 marks the sixth year we run the Togetherness venue at the festival. 

We bring exceptional experiences in human connection, from the social to the sensual to the soulful to new audiences there. We cover the space between wellbeing, relating and festival programming.

We run 30 sessions over 4 days and to do it, we need you!

We have opportunities for dedicated people to host our venue, welcome guests, gain production experience and join in on the programme.

You will need to commit to 2 x 4 hour shifts at our venue.

In exchange, you get your festival ticket and the chance to be part of something special.

We are particularly looking for people for the following roles:

 Venue Vanguards

Load-up in South East London and travel with the team to the festival on 30 July, then aiding with packdown & unload on August 5th. No duties during festival.

Connection Captains

Lead a small team through their shift. Host a check in and check out pre and post shift.

Vibe Curators

Compere presenters on and off, lead mini connection experiences with the audience as a warm up.

Experience Architects

Welcome participants into the tent, explain what's happening and help keep the space optimal for connection experiences.

Sonic Coordinators

Sit at the tech desk and make sure the sounds coming out can be heard. Play music before and after. Keep it smooth.
