The Togetherness Venue is one of the most loved of Wilderness festival, having been voted in the top 3 last year. It slots perfectly into the Wilderness wonderland of stimulating talks, nature, well-being, dance, comedy and feasting in a stunning nature park in Oxfordshire.
2023 marks the fifth year we run the Togetherness venue at the festival.
We bring exceptional experiences in human connection, from the social to the sensual to the soulful to new audiences there. We cover the space between wellbeing, relating and festival programming.
We run 30 sessions over 4 days and to do it, we need you!

Enjoy the wonderful festival grounds
We have opportunities for dedicated people to host our venue, welcome guests, gain production experience and join in on the programme.
You will need to commit 3.5 hours a day to join the crew (Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 August).
In exchange, you get your festival ticket and the chance to be part of something special.
We are particularly looking for people with the following skill sets:
- hosting
- decorating
- communication skills
- event production
