Saying what you really want to or need to can be very hard to do. Yet when we do it often we feel more relaxed, alive and liberated.
Being able to speak honestly and truthfully are the foundations of good relationships (with yourself, partners, friends, family, colleagues, everyone). How many people in your life do you feel you can be truly honest with? How honest are you with yourself about exactly what is going on in your heart, body and mind?
Join Adam Wilder, Abbey Wesson and the Togetherness team for an evening exploring verbal communication.
In this taster evening you can expect to
• meet awesome new people
• play a series of verbal connection games
• learn techniques to support honest conversations in your daily life
• get more comfortable being truthful with yourself
