Wilder Intimacy with Adam Wilder
Guided Touch Tour with Jessica Parker & Dione Eric from Pleasure Island
How do you feel when you are close to another? What are the things that allow you to connect more deeply with yourself and others? What gets in the way of that? Do you allow yourself to feel what you are feeling or do you feel scared, ashamed, vulnerable about it? What do you really want? What do you really need? When's the last time you just held someone or let yourself be held?
By exploring these themes you can notice what was previously unknown and unseen and so learn more about yourself and your relationship to intimacy and connection. When you have a good relationship with what you really think and feel, it improves all your relationships in your life.
The experience of participants is the most important thing in this session. There is no right thing you are supposed to be feeling. Whatever you are feeling is the right thing and it is very good to notice it. Before this session begins there will be work on boundaries and consent. Participants are invited only to take part in the activities they feel comfortable to do. This session like everything else on the day involves no nudity.

Togetherness Ritual with Roma Norris and Adam Wilder
Sophie Bolton leads Dancing Freedom, a facilitated movement meditation dance practice accompanied by sumptuous and inspiring music spanning many genres and artists from around the world. The practice draws upon the five elements, (earth, water, fire, air and ether) as symbols for the tangible relationship between the natural world and the body. In each session a theme is offered up as inspiration to create an intention which the dancer gets to move with. It could be a personal or collective matter to meditate upon, bringing the dancer and the whole group into the present together as the business of the head makes way for the awareness of body.
It's a non judgemental, down-to-earth and playful space to let go and dance in. A great way to get fit and feel joy! Everyone is welcome!
Roma and Adam have been running retreats on intimacy together for the last year. The final session on the day sees them trying to distill the essence of their work together into a deeply respectful ritual of closeness. Closeness to yourself, closeness to others, closeness to another. The delicious ritual involves going deeper with the group. The intention is that by the end you will have a warm buzz in your belly and sun beams emanating from your cheeks.
