Join Adam Wilder for an evening exploring the Wheel of Consent. When we engage with another – whether it is a lover, friend or colleague – is it for them or is it for us? What is the difference and why does it matter?

“Learning about the Wheel of Consent has been a game changer for me. Once it was in my body, I noticed that I was showing up in my professional and personal life in a new way. All my relationships have benefited immensely. The wheel is the foundation for healthy relationships (both internal and external) and I am passionate about teaching it. ”

Through practical experiences and discussions we will explore
