More Than The Sum of Parts -Honouring Your Body with Kimwei McCarthy
This workshop invites you to meet your body as a gift, celebrating each part anew. You’re invited to experience yourself as a sensory creature, who can feel the world and yearns for pleasure. We are all alike - our bodies are where we live. Our bodies are our homes. It through the body that we receive pleasure, create pleasure and allow pleasure.
What is it like if we let ourselves off all stories and value judgements about our bodies. What happens when we know that we are more than good enough, and that as long as our bodies can experience pleasure of any kind, there is plenty to celebrate.
o What stories does society put on your body?
o What stories do you put on your own body?
o What would it be like if those stories fell away and your body was simply the receptor through which you experience this wonderful world?
More Then The Sum of Part is an honouring self-touch ritual in which you're invited to celebrate yourself, knowing that you have healing hands through which the love of the universe can flow.
This is a pants on workshop. All genders welcome.
